Digital Champions Implementation Guide

As of the publication of this guide in Winter/Spring 2023, the settlement sector has experienced considerable growth in hybrid service delivery and will likely continue to do so. Digital inclusion is increasingly being recognized as a social determinant of health, as more and more aspects of our daily lives shift to being online. The global pandemic enacted a swift pivot towards remote work and remote services, and shone a light upon the considerable digital divide between those who have the skills and resources to get online and those who are left behind. Overall, everyone may benefit from an inclusive and engaged approach towards digital inclusion, no matter where they are on their digital literacy journey.
